Amphiphilic 3'-Peptidyl-RNA Conjugates
Highly amphiphilic fragments of hydrolytically stable 3'-peptidyl transfer RNA analogues have been stepwise assembled on solid support. Their secondary structure and thermal denaturation were studied using CD and UV spectroscopy. The supramolecular assembly of one of the compounds was evidenced by laser light scattering and atomic force microscopy.
